Abstract: This study aims to underline the importance of social management of human resources and social responsibility towards its resources and its primary role in the development of organizational involvement within the company (ERENAV), Unit of Naval repair of Oran (URNO). The results have indicated that there is a correlation between social responsibility and regulatory obligation, whether continuous, emotional and normative, and this by testing the relationships of the wage variables, the number of hours of absence and the number of training courses.
