The effect of educational module in the development of the formative evaluation competencies among primary school teachers

Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of educational module in the development of the formative evaluation competencies among primary school teachers ,by studying the differences between pre-tests and post- tests of the experimental group. The researcher adopted a quasi-experimental approach with one group design composed of 14 teachers, where the sample benefited from the training using the educational modules. The group was given a pre-test and post-test measure through the use of a type of multi-choice objective test.the researcher adopted the differences between the two pre-test and post-test applications related to the experimental group in the formative evaluation, The study revealed the existence of differences between the two pre-test and post-test applications in favor of the post-test.
