الثقافة التنظيمية وانعكاسها على صحة العاملين في قطاع الصحة دراسة ميدانية على عينة بمركز التكوين الشبه طبي ب: ولاية ورقلة

Abstract

يتناول موضوع هذه الدراسة مدى مساهمة الثقافة التنظيمية وانعكاسها على صحة العاملين في قطاع الصحة في دراسة ميدانية على عينة بمركز التكوين الشبه طبي ب: ولاية ورقلة تكونت العينة من العاملين ودارسين ومساعد طبيب وطبيب وعامل في الإدارة، وقد تطلب استخدام المنهج الوصفي والاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات يحتوي على 37 بند تم معالجته احصائيا باستخدام spss وزع الاستبيان على 62 مبحوث وقسم الى ثلاث محاور، المحور الأول البيانات الشخصية، المحور الثاني سؤال من اربع خيرات، المحور الثالث سؤال من ثلاث خيرات و توصلنا الى نتائج التالية: كلما ارتفع المستوى التعليمي للأفراد ارتفعت الثقافة الصحية داخل المؤسسة. انه كلما كان الافراد العاملين من ذوي الرتب الأعلى زاد الوعي بالثقافة التنظيمية للمؤسسة. وكلما كانت الأصول الاجتماعية للأفراد بالمؤسسة حضرية كلما ارتفعت الثقافة الصحية التنظيمية.

The subject of this study deals with the extent of the contribution of organizational culture and its reflection on the health of workers in the health sector, in a field study on a sample in the paramedical training center in: Ouargla state. The descriptive and questionnaire as a tool for data collection contains 37 items that were statistically processed using spss. The questionnaire was distributed to 62 respondents and divided into three axes: the first axis is personal data, the second axis is a question of four good things, the third axis is a question of three good things, and we reached the following results: The higher the ranks of the working individuals the greater the awareness of the organizational culture of the institution. the higher the educational level of the individuals, the higher the health culture within the institution. and the more urban the social assets of the individuals in the institution, the higher the organizational health culture of the institution.
