المحددات السوسيوديموغرافية لعمل المرأة في الجزائر من خلال معطيات MICS62019

Abstract

تهدف هاته الدراسة للتعرف على أهم العواملوالمحددات السوسيو-ديمغرافية وما مدى تأثيرها على عمل المرأة في الجزائر من خلال المسح العنقودي المتعدد المؤشرات الجزائريMics6 2019، من وجهات نظر عينة من النساء العاملات وغير العاملات، وذلك بالاعتماد على البرنامج الاحصائيSpss22 وتحليل المعطيات والمعلومات التي تم الحصول عليها من خلال MICS6 وذلك بتقنية الانحدار اللوجستي ومربع كاي،بحيث تم التوصل في هاته الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج المتمثلة في اهم العوامل والمحددات السوسيو-ديمغرافية التي تؤثر على المرأة العاملة في عملها، وهي تكمن في بعض من الأسباب الديمغرافية مثل (السن، عدد الأولاد، الحالة الزواجية) وبعض من الأسباب الاجتماعية مثل (وسط الإقامة والمستوى التعليمي) كلا منهم يؤدي إلى حدوث تأثير بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر على مردودية المرأة العاملة في عملها.

This study aims to identify the most important socio-demographic factors and determinants and their impact on women’s work in Algeria through the Algerian Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey Mics6 2019, from the perspectives of a sample of working and non-working women, based on the statistical program Spss22 and analysis of the data and information obtained It was obtained through MICS6 using the logistic regression technique and chi-square, so that many results were reached in this study represented in the most important socio-demographic factors and determinants that affect working women in their work, and they lie in some of the demographic reasons such as (age, number of children , marital status) and some of the social reasons (such as the middle of residence and educational level), each of them leading to a direct or indirect impact on the profitability of the working woman in her work.
