دور الإعلام الجواري في تحقيق التنمية المحلية دراسة ميدانية لعينة من المراسلين المحليين بولاية تيميمون

Abstract

سعت هذه الدراسة إلى التطرق لتوضيح جهود الإعلاميين المحليين في تحقيق التنمية المحلية بولاية تيميمون. ولعلللمراسل الصحفي دور في تحقيق التنمية المحلية وذلك من خلال نقل إنشغالات المواطنيين ومشاكلهم حول التنمية المحلية إلى الجهات المعنية أو السلطات على المستوى المحلي كون الإعلام أصبح جزءا مهما منه في إيصال رسائل المجتمع مهما كان نوعها إلى المسؤولين وضرورة إيجاد حلول مناسبة في قضايا تخص التنمية، فكان من بين الأسباب التي دفعتنا لاختيار هذا الموضوع ويمكن أن نستخلص من هذه الدراسة أنه يجب توفر في المراسل الصحفي شروط حتى يكون رجل المهنة بإمتياز أن يكون له مستوى تعليمي وثقافي لكي يؤدي دور الإعلامي على أحسن وجه، كما استنتجنا أيضا من خلال هذه الدراسة أن المراسل الصحفي بولاية تيميمون يتعرض إلى عراقيل تصعب عليه أداء مهامه فالمراسل المحلي بإمكانه أن يلعب دور مهم في التنمية المحلية خاصة إذا توفرت جملة من الإمكانيات التي تمكن من رفع عجلة التنمية على المستوى المحلي بولاية تيميمون كما استنتجنا أن المراسل الصحفي هو همزة وصل بين المجتمع والسلطات المعنية في مراقبة إنشغالات التنمية المحلية لأن ما يقوم به من جهود في سبيل النهوض بالتنمية المحلية خاصة هو نشاط إعلامي مثله مثل الأنشطة الإعلامية الأخرى.

This study sought to touch upon the efforts of local media professionals in achieving local development in the Wilayat of Timimoun. Perhaps the press reporter has a role in achieving local development, by conveying the concerns and problems of citizens about local development to the concerned authorities or authorities at the local level, since the media has become a part of it in communicating community messages of any kind to officials and the need to find appropriate solutions in an issue related to development. It was among the reasons that prompted us to choose this topic, and we can conclude from this study that the reporter must meet conditions in order for a man of the profession to be privileged to have an educational and cultural level in order to perform The role of the media in the best way, and we also concluded through the study that the press reporter in the Wilayat of Timimoun is exposed to obstacles that make it difficult for him to perform his duties. Timimoun We also concluded that the press reporter is a link between the community and the concerned authorities in monitoring the concerns of local development, because the efforts made by the local media to advance local development in particular is a media activity like other Media activities.
