Abstract

The sector of Public Works is the lifeblood of economy, the State’s policy before the new millennium overlooked the importance of supporting the sector, his priority was given to other sectors. The financial crisis was the reason for low investment in the infrastructures of roads, highways, ports and airports. At the turn of the new millennium and the passage of the law on territorial planning, the Algerian State adopted a planning policy oriented to implement large-scale projects for the sector, betting on developing strategic prospects extending to 2025
