Abstract: Cyber policies have become a concern for states and decision-makers in order to achieve cybersecurity for the individual and the state alike, especially in light of e-government and the rapid development of information and communication technology. Accordingly, this study aims to examine ways of building integrated Algerian public policies in the field of cybersecurity. We decided to use the analytical method as a scientific method aimed at analyzing and dissecting current cybersecurity policies and ways to increase their effectiveness. The study found that building national policies and strategy in the field of cybersecurity requires intensifying cooperation between government institutions and the private sector, developing and implementing policies based on knowledge economy, innovation, competitiveness and training, and encouraging the establishment of emerging companies in the field of modern technology to achieve digital sovereignty.
