صيغ تمويل في البنوك الإسلامية ودورها في تمويل الاستثماردراسة حالة بنك السلام وكالة ورقلة

Abstract

عالجت الدراسة الإشكالية الرئيسة التالية " ماهو دور صيغ تمويل في بنك السلام في تمويل الاستثمار خلال الفترة من 2015 الى 2019؟ هدفنا من خلالها الى التعرف على واقع التمويل الإسلامي في البنوك الإسلامية في الجزائر من خلال دراسة تطبيقية في بنك السلام وكالة ورقلة تمت من خلال الاعتماد على دراسة إحصائية لواقع تمويل الاستمارات في بنك السلام وفق الصيغ المتاحة بالاعتماد على التقرير السنوية للبنك والمقابلات مع إطارات البنك وقد خلصنا في نهاية الدراسة ان البنوك الإسلامية تلعب دورا هاما في تمويل الاستمارات من خلال مجموعة من الصيغ تتوافق والشريعة الإسلامية ( المرابحة – السلم – الاجارة ) واستقطاب الافراد باعتبار ان الصيغ التي تقدمها البنوك الإسلامية تتوافق مع الشرعية الإسلامية وتتجنب التعامل بالربا تماما .The study addressed the following main problem: "What is the role of Al-Salam Bank financing formulas in financing investment during the period 2015-2019?" Through this study, we aimed to identify the reality of Islamic finance in Islamic banks in Algeria through an applied study at Al-Salam Bank as an agency and a group. The study was based on a statistical study of the reality of financing investments in Al-Salam Bank, according to the available formats, based on the Bank's annual report and interviews with the bank's frameworksWe concluded at the end of the study that Islamic banks play an important role in financing investments through a set of formulas that comply with Islamic Law (Murabaha, Salam, Ajara) and attract individuals, considering that the formulas presented by Islamic banks are compatible with Islamic Sharia and avoid dealing with usury altogether.
