Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلىالتعرف علي مدى تأثير ضغوط العمل على مشاركة المعرفة في مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الأجراء بورقلة ، وتم استخدام إستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات ، واقتصرت عملية التوزيع علي أسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة بحيث بلغ عدد أفراد العينة المدروسة 56 مفردة موزعين بين إطار ، عون تحكم ،عون تنفيذ ،وتم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستمارة عن طريق استخدام البرنامج exel والبرنامج الإحصائي(spss) بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية ، والانحرافات المعيارية ومعاملات الارتباط ، وتحليل الانحدار وتم التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج المتمثلة في أن هناك مستوي عال من مشاركة المعرفة لدي عمال مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الأجراء بورقلة ، وأن هناك تأثير متوسط لضغوط العمل على مشاركة المعرفة في الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الأجراء بورقلة

The study aimed to identiflty the extent of the impact of work pressuresa on knowledg in the national social security for wage workers in ouargla, and a questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information, and the distribution process was limited to the simple random sampling method, so that the number of the studied sample reached 56 individuals distributed between a framework, Aoun control , implementation, and then analye the data contained in the form by using the exel and the statistical program spss based on arithmetic averages, standard d deviations, correlation cofficients, and regression analysis .number of results have been reachedwhich is that there is a high level of knowledge sharing for me. workers of national social security fund for non-wage workes in ouargla, and that there is an average ifact of work pressures on the participation of knowledge of the national social security fund for non –procedures in ouargla
