Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على واقع الإدارة الإستراتيجية للموارد البشرية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، و ذلك بالتطبيق على مؤسسة الوطنية لصناعة الاسمنت –الوحدة التجارية تقرت- ومن اجل تحقيق ذلك تم تطوير استبانه بهدف جمع البيانات الأولية ، حيث تم اخذ عينة عشوائية مؤلفة من 37 مفردة ، و بعد جمع البيانات و تحليلها باستخدام جملة من أساليب التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات المجمعة عن طريق البرنامج الإحصائي 26SPSS توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق ممارسات الإدارة الإستراتيجية للموارد البشرية بالمؤسسة قيد الدراسة يتم بدرجة متوسطة ، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام 1.77 و انحراف معياري 0.67.
