تقييم فعالية إدارة المعرفة في ظل جائحة كورونا دراسة حالة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على فعالية ادارة المعرفة في ظل جائحة كورونا بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة ,و تم استخدام المقابلة والوثائق كأداة للدراسة الميدانية, حيث تتكون عينة الدراسة من (20) أستاذ جامعي و (15) إداري و (10) طلبة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية للإجابة عن اسئلة المقابلة, وبالاعتماد على الجانب النظري و الدراسات السابقة والوثائق تم تحليل ومناقشة النتائج, حيث توصلنا الى وجود عدة صعوبات وسلبيات واجهتها ادارة المعرفة خلال جائحة كورونا.

This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of knowledge management under the Corona pandemic in the Faculty of Economics University of Kasdi Merbah and Ouargla, and the interview and documents were used as a tool for field study, where the sample of the study consists of (20) university professors and (15) administrators and (10) students randomly selected to answer the questions of the interview, and based on the theoretical aspect and previous studies and documents were analyzed and discussed results, We have found several difficulties and disadvantages faced by knowledge management during the Corona pandemic.
