Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر هيكل الملكية على إدارة الارباح للمؤسستي الممثلة في اتي ام موبيليس و بيوفارم الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2013-2019 " دراسة مقارنة " ، من خلال إستعراض لأهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بهيكل الملكية وإدارة الارباح مع الإستعانة بالقوائم المالية للمؤسسين، وباستخدام برنامج10 Eviews لإيجاد العلاقة الموجودة بين متغيرات الدراسة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة على مستوى مؤسسة موبليس عدم وجود المعنوية الاحصائية و بالتالي نستخلص ان النموذج المتعلق بشركة موبيليس مرفوض احصائيا . اظهرت نتائج الدراسة على مستوى مؤسسة بيوفارم وجود علاقة عكسية معنوية بين هيكل الملكية والعائد على حقوق الملكية ، ما يؤكد على تأثير هيكل الملكية على ادارة الارباح في شركة بيوفارم الجزائر
