Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة في تنمية رأس المال الفكري , حيث اتضح من خلال مراجعة الأدبيات الحديثة أن المنظمة المتعلمة لها دور كبير في تنمية رأس المال الفكري , وقد تم اختيار شركة الطاقات المتجددة سونالغازبتقرت كدراسة حالة لهذا البحث , ولتحقيق الهدف من البحث تم استخدام مجموعة من النماذج للمنظمة المتعلمة واستعمل الاستبيان كأداة للبحث , وبرنامج spss لمعالجة وتحليل البيانات , أظهرت النتائج أن هناك علاقة قوية بين المنظمة المتعلمة وتنمية رأس المال الفكري , وتقترح بأنه من الضروري على المنظمات أن تتحول إلى منظمات متعلمة حتى تتمكن من تطوير وتنمية راس مالها الفكري كمورد لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية .
