Abstract

Through this article, we aim to study the impact of a proposed training program on the development of the accuracy of handball shooting. The sample of the study included the minimal (under 17 years) club Sidi Okba Biskra, which reached 17 players. Using the experimental method with only one group (pre-test and post-test), and using a set of specific tests to the precision of the shots. The most important results are: - There are differences between the players results in the test of the accuracy of the shooting in support, in race and in suspension between the two measurements (pre-test and post-test) in favor of the post-test measurement. - The proposed training program has a positive impact on the level of development of shooting accuracy from team Club Sidi Okba Biskra (under17 years)نهدف من خلال هذا المقال إلى دراسة أثر برنامج تدریبي مقترح لتطویر دقة التصویب في كرة الید. و شملت عینة الدراسة أصاغر(أقل من 17 سنة) فریق نادي سیدي عقبة بسكرة ، و بلغت 17 لاعبا. و ذلك باستخدام المنهج التجریبي لمجموعة واحدة (القیاس القبلي و البعدي) و مع استعمال مجموعة من الاختبارات الخاصة بدقة التصویب.و أهم النتائج المتوصل إلیها هي كما یلي: - هناك فروق بین نتائج اللاعبین في اختبار دقة التصویب من الارتكاز و الجري و الارتقاء بین القیاسین القبلي و البعدي لصالح القیاس البعدي - للبرنامج التدریبي المقترح أثر إیجابي على مستوى تطویر دقة التصویب لدى فریق نادي سیدي عقبة بسكرة (أقل من 17 سنة)
