الإكتئاب لدى الطالبة الجامعية المقيمة والتي تعاني الشعور بالوحدة دراسة عيادية لحالتين

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة اضطراب الإكتئاب لدى الطالبة الجامعية المقيمة والتي تعاني الشعور بالوحدة لحالتين عياديتين بإقامة قريشي محمد الناجي بورقلة، حيث كانت تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف إذا ما كانت الطالبتين المقيمتين بالحي الجامعي واللتان تشعرانبالوحدة لديهن اكتئاب وخاصة في عرضي العزلة والمشاعر السلبية نحو الذات. تم استخدام في هذه الدراسة منهج دراسة حالة وكل من مقياس الشعور بالوحدة لراسل ترجمة الداسوقي، ومقياس الإكتئاب لبيك، والمقابلة النصف موجهة والإختبارات الإسقاطية الرورشاخ وتفهم الموضوع كأداوات للقياس. وقد خلصت النتائج الى أن كلا الحالتين لديهن شعور مرتفع بالوحدة على مقياس الشعور بالوحدة لراسل ودرجات تراوحت ما بين الشديدة والشديدة جدا على مقياس الاكتئاب لبيك، أما المقابلة النصف الموجهة فأظهرت نتائج مرتفعة للشعور بالوحدة وأعراض اكتئابية متمثلة في عرضي العزلة والمشاعر السلبية نحو الذات لدى كلا الحالتين، والاختبارات الاسقاطية بداية بالرورشاخ أظهر نتائج تشير الى نمط الرجع الحميمي المنطوي لكلا الحالتين وظهور الكبت كميكاميزم دفاعي واضطرابات انفعالية وصعوبة التكيف، أما اختبار تفهم الموضوع فكلا الحالتين أظهرتا سياقات تجنبية من نمط كفي خوافي وهذا يرمز الى نزعة اكتئابية.

The study dealt with the depression disorder of the resident university student who suffers from loneliness as an in-kind study on two cases residing in the university campus of KORICHI Mohammed Al-Naji in Ouargla, Where the study aimed to identify the two cases residing in the university suffers from loneliness have depression especially in the symptoms of isolation and negative feelings towards oneselfn. In this study a case study approach was used the UCLA loneliness scale of Russell Aldasuqi translation. And the Depression scale for Beck and the half- directed interview and the Rorschach projective tests and TAT The results concluded that both cases hat a high sense of loneliness on russell’s loneliness scale, and scores ranged between severe and very severe on the Beck’s depression scale,As for the half-guided interview, It showed high results for loneliness and depressive symptoms represented by symptoms of isolation and negative feelings towards oneself in both cases, And the projective tests beginning with the Rorschach showed results IR for both cases, And the emergence of suppression as defensive mechanism; Disorders of effectiveness, And difficulty in adapting, As for the TAT both cases showed avoidance contexts of a fearful palm pattern and this symbolizes a tendency depressive
