اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي نحو استخدام مهارات التدريس الإبداعي "دراسة استكشافية ببعض ابتدائيات مدينة ورقلة"

Abstract

هدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة اتجاهات الأساتذة نحو مهارات التدريس الإبداعي ببعض ابتدائيات مدينة ورقلة من خلال الإجابة عن التساؤلات التالية : 1: ما طبيعة اتجاهات الأساتذة نحو إستخدام مهارات التدريس الإبداعي ببعض ابتدائيات مدينة ورقلة؟ 2: هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات الأساتذة نحو إستخدام مهارات التدريس الإبداعي ببعض ابتدائيات مدينة ورقلة تعزى لمتغير ( الجنس، سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي) وللإجابة عن تساؤلات الدراسة تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي المناسب لذلك أما عينة الدراسة الدراسة تكون من الأساتذة ببعض ابتدائيات مدينة ورقلة تم اختيارها بطريقة عرضية ، ولجمع بيانات الدراسة تم الاعتماد على استبيان جاهز لقياس مهارات التدريس الإبداعي وبعد التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية تم استخدامه في الدراسة الحالية تمت المعالجة الإحصائية لنتائج المتحصل عليها كميا إستخدام حزمة الأساليب الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss النسخة 25 ومنه التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: 1: طبيعة اتجاهات الأساتذة نحو استخدام مهارات التدريس الإبداعي ببعض ابتدائيات مدينة ورقلة إيجابية. 2: لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات الأساتذة نحو استخدام مهارات التدريس الإبداعي ببعض ابتدائيات مدينة ورقلة تعزى لمتغير ( الجنس، سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي). وقد تم تفسير هذه النتائج استنادا إلى الجانب النظري و الواقع و الدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بالموضوع و ختمنا ذلك بتقديم جملة من المقترحات الموجهة للمختصين و عينة الدراسة.

The purpose of this study is to know the attitudes of teachers towards creative teaching skills in some primary schools in the city of Ouargla. Therefore, the questions of this study are: - What is the nature of teachers' attitudes towards the use of creative teaching skills in some elementary schools in the city of Ouargla? - Does it excite statistically significant differences in teachers' attitudes towards the use of creative teaching skills in certain primary schools in the city of Ouargla according to the variables (gender, years of experience, diplomas) In order to answer these questions, we adopted the appropriate exploratory descriptive approach on a convenience sample of (100) teachers selected from the population of teachers in certain primary schools in the city of Ouargla and to collect the data, we used an available questionnaire after checking his psychometric characteristics. The data were processed using the program (SPSS.25), based on statistical methods. Our study led to the following results: - The nature of teachers' attitudes towards the use of creative teaching skills in some primary schools in the city of Ouargla is positive. - There are no statistically significant differences in the use of creative teaching skills in some primary schools in the city of Ouargla according to the variables (gender, years of experience, diploma). The results were discussed with reference to reality, previous studies and theoretical literature written on the subject. We concluded our study with some proposals addressed to the specialists and to the study sample.
