قضايا المجتمع المحلي في نشرات الأخبار الإذاعية: - دراسة تحليلية على عينة من نشرات الأخبار بإذاعة الجزائر من ورقلة.

Abstract

جاءت هذه الدراسة حول قضايا المجتمع المحلي في نشرات الأخبار، وهي عبارة عن دراسة وصفية تحليلية لعينة من نشرات الاخبار لإذاعة الجزائر من ورقلة لسنة 2023. وقد تمحور السؤال الرئيسي لدراسة حول: كيف عالجت نشرات الأخبار الإذاعية بإذاعة الجزائر من ورقلة قضايا المجتمع المحلي؟ وكيف رتبت محاور النقاش حولها؟ هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على كيفية تناول اذاعة ورقلة لقضايا المجتمع المحلي في نشرات الأخبار حيث ان الدراسة تبنت نظرية ترتيب الأولويات (الأجندة ستينغ). وبما ان دراستنا تنتمي الى الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية اعتمدنا على منهج تحليل المضمون وباستخدام أداة استمارة تحليل المضمون، كما استخدمنا أسلوب المعاينة بانتقاء عينة عشوائية منتظمة مكونة من 12 مفردة أو نشرة أخبار من إجمالي 31 نشرة أخبار تم" إذاعتها خلال شهر ماي. وقد توصلت الدراسة بين أيدينا إلى النتائج التالية: من جانب المضمون: بينت الدراسة التحليلية ان بث الاخبار يخضع لترتيب الأولويات حيث ان اذاعة ورقلة تعتمد بالدرجة الاولى على الأحداث المحلية وبالدرجة الاولى المواطن العادي أي الجمهور المحلي لان الأجندة وترتيب الأولويات تسير وفق لأهدافها وسياستها الاعلامية.كما تضع اذاعة الجزائر من ورقلة من بين أولوياتها وأساسياتها قضايا المجتمع المحلي في نشرات الأخبار فمن أولوياتها الاخبار المحلية وقضايا المجتمع والى الجمهور المحدد جغرافيا. أما من جانب الشكل:بينتالدراسة التحليلية ان عملية بث الأخبار في إذاعة الجزائر من ورقلة تعتمد بدرجة الأولى في بناءها للخبر على التقارير كنوع صحفي، أما من ناحية بنية الخبر واستخدام القوالب نجد أنها اعتمدت بكثرة على الهرم المقلوب المتدرج، مستعملين استمالات العقلية.

This study was about local community issues in news broadcasts, which is a descriptive analytical study of a sample of news broadcasts for Radio Algiers from Ouargla for the year 2023. The main question of the study revolved around: How did the radio news broadcasts in Algeria from Ouargla deal with community issues? How did you arrange the discussion axes around it? This study aimed to shed light on how Radio Ouargla dealt with local community issues in news bulletins, as the study adopted the theory of prioritization (the sting agenda) Since our study belongs to the analytical positivist studies, we relied on the content analysis approach and using the content analysis form tool, and we also used the sampling method by selecting a regular random sample consisting of 12 items or news bulletins from 31 news bulletins that were broadcast during the month of May. The study in our hands reached the following results: In terms of content: The analytical study showed that broadcasting news is subject to prioritization, as Radio Ouargla depends primarily on local events, and primarily on the ordinary citizen, i.e. the local audience, because the agenda and prioritization proceed according to its objectives and media policy. Radio Ouargla also puts regional among its priorities and basic issues in the local community in news bulletins. Among its priorities are local news, community issues, and to the geographically defined audience. As for the form: The analytical study showed that the process of broadcasting news on Radio Algeria from Ouargla works primarily in building the news on reports as a journalistic genre, but in terms of the structure of the news and the use of templates, we find that it relied heavily on the graduated inverted pyramid, using mental inducements.
