الرقابة بالمؤسسات الاعلامية و أثرها على الأداء المهني المؤسسات الاعلامية لورقلة أنموذجا

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة موضوع الرقابة و أثرها على الأداء المهني بالمؤسسات الاعلامية لورقلة و بذلك سعينا الى التعرف الى نفي أو اثبات وجود الرقابة داخل المؤسسات الاعلامية ووصلنا الى نتيجة فعلية لوجود هاته الأخيرة و لكن بأسلوب يتقبله جميع الصحفيين و الاداريين كما توصلنا بأنه و هي ضرورة وجود الرقابة لعدم تسيب المؤسسات الاعلامية و الحفاظ على المضمون الاعلامي الهادف الموجه للجماهير . ان الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو التعرف على مدى تطبيق الرقابة بالمؤسسات الاعلامية و تأثيرها على الأداء المهني . و بذلك احتوت الدراسة على اطارين الأول منهجي و الثاني تطبيقي وبهذا طرحنا الاشكال كيف تؤثر الرقابة على الأداء المهني بالمؤسسات الاعلامية لورقلة ؟ استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي المسحي ، و أدوات البحث المتمثلة في المقابلة و الملاحظة و الاستبانة الذي وزع على عدد مبحوثين 42 مبحوث . بعد عملية القراءة الكيفية و الكمية وتوزيع بيانات الاستبانة نستنتج بأنه وجود الرقابة هو ضروري و مهم لعدم تسيب المؤسسات الاعلامية و للحفاظ على المضمون الاعلامي الهادف الموجه للجماهير .

-The study addressed the oversight of media organization and their Impact on proffessional in ourgla thus we sought to deny or prove that the existence of censorship with in the media instutuion and we came to the actual conclusion.of the existence of the latter but in a manner acceptable to all journaliste ;broadcasters and administrators and we came to actual conclusion of the importance of the oversight not to leave the media isntutions preserving the targeted media content in intended for the masses that is the aim of this study is to know what application censorship of media organization and its Impact on the professional performance of journaliste and administrators .the study constrained two frameworks the first methodological and second practical in this way .we raise question about censorship about how censorship affects then on the proffessional performance of the media institutions in ourgla ! -we used the descriptive survey method and research tools; interview .observation and questionnaire. Which we distributed arong the respondents 42Respondent
