This study includes an explanation of the use of new technology in the communication process in educational institutions. The theoretical side, in which we touched on the problematic and conceptual framework of the study, to what extent is the use of new technology in the communication process in educational institutions in the state of Ouargla.؟ The applied side: it includes conducting a survey on a sample of educational institutions in the city of Ouargla on the extent of use Modern communication technology in the workflow within the organization. Through this study, we reached the conclusion that educational institutions have a great interaction in using modern communication technology, expanding their services, and providing the necessary capabilities to develop and activate the education process.
