تصورات المواطنة الرقمية لدى الطالب الجامعي (دراسة ميدانية على طلبة قسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال جامعة قاصدي مرباح-ورقلة)

Abstract

تمحورت هذه الدراسة حول تصورات المواطنة الرقمية لدى الطالب الجامعي (دراسة ميدانية على طلبة قسم الإعلام والاتصال جامعة قاصدي مرباح)،حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة التصورات الطالب الجامعي لمفهوم المواطنة الرقمية، وكذا إظهار المظاهر الإيجابية والسلبية لمفهوم المواطنة الرقمية حسب تصورات الطالب الجامعي،إضافة إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور التي تلعبه الجامعة في تعزيز قيم وأبعاد المواطنة الرقمية من وجهة نظر الطلبة الإعلام والاتصال. وقد انطلقت هذه الدراسة من سؤال رئيسي مفادها: ماهي تصورات المواطنة الرقمية لدى الطلبة الإعلام والاتصال؟ وتفرعت عنه أسئلة فرعية وهي:  ما تصورات طلبة الإعلام والاتصال لمفهوم المواطنة الرقمية؟  ما المظاهر الإيجابية للمواطنة الرقمية حسب تصورات طلبة الإعلام والاتصال؟  ما المظاهر السلبية للمواطنة الرقمية حسب تصورات طلبة الإعلام والاتصال؟  ما دور الجامعة في تعزيز قيم وأبعاد المواطنة الرقمية من وجهة نظر طلبة الإعلام والاتصال؟ واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واعتمدت على أداة الاستبانة،وحيث اعتمدت أيضا على العينة الغير احتمالية، وتكونت عينة (60). توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج:  أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن طلبة الإعلام والاتصال لديهم تصور لمفهوم المواطنة الرقمية.  أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أهم المظاهر الإيجابية للمواطنة الرقمية تمثلت في العلاقات الاجتماعية حسب تصورات طلبة الإعلام والاتصال.  أظهرت الدراسة أن المظاهر السلبية للمواطنة الرقمية تمثلت في القرصنة والجرائم الالكترونية حسب تصورات طلبة الإعلام والاتصال.  أظهرت الدراسة أن الجامعة لديها دور في تعزيز قيم وأبعاد المواطنة الرقمية باعتبار الجامعة مؤسسة تعليمية تكوينية حسب وجهة نظر طلبة الإعلام والاتصال.

This study focused on the perceptions of digital citizenship in a university student (Field study on students of the Department of Information and Communication, University of Qusedi Marbah).This study aims to learn about the university student's perceptions of the concept of digital citizenship, thus showing positive and negative manifestations of the concept of digital citizenship according to the perception of the university student, as well as highlighting the role played by the university in promoting the values and dimensions of digital citizenship from the perspective of media and communication students. This study was based on a key question: What are the perceptions of digital citizenship in students media and communication? Sub-questions were: What are students' perceptions of digital citizenship? What are the positive manifestations of digital citizenship according to the perceptions of media and communication students? What are the negative manifestations of digital citizenship according to students' perceptions of media and communication? What is the role of the University in promoting the values and dimensions of digital citizenship from the point of view of media and communication students?

The study used the survey descriptive curriculum, relied on the identifier, where it also relied on the unlikely sample, and a sample formed (60). The study found a number of findings: The results of the study showed that students of information and communication have a perception of the concept of digital citizenship. The results of the study showed that the most positive manifestations of digital citizenship were social relations according to the perceptions of media and communication students. The study showed that the negative manifestations of digital citizenship were piracy and cybercrime as perceived by media and communication students. The study showed that the University has a role in promoting the values and dimensions of digital citizenship as a formative educational institution according to the view of media and communication students.
