منتوج اختبار تفهم الموضوع والتوافق الزواجي لدى النساء اللاتي خضعن للولادة القيصرية

Abstract

يرتبط نجاح الزواج بالقدرة على مساهمة كل طرف في تحقيق التوافق الزواجي الذي هو قرين الرضا عن الذات والتوافق النفسي، ويعرف أنه محصلة لتفاعلات متبادلة بين الزوجين في جوانب مختلفة منها التعبير العاطفي واشباع الحاجات الجنسية، حيث هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على طبيعة التوافق الزواجي لدى النساء اللاتي خضعن للولادة القيصرية، تكونت عينة الدراسة من حالتين تم إختيارهما بطريقة قصدية حيث خضعتا للولادة القيصرية مضى عليها أكثر من 03 أشهرأ وأزواجهما على قيد الحياة يتقن القراءة والكتابة، تمثلت أعمارهما في 47 سنة و39 سنة، طُبقت عليهما المقابلة العيادية النصف موجهة بهدف البحث وإختبار تفهم الموضوع واستبيان التوافق الزواجي المتبنى عن " غيضان 2019 " والمعدل من طرف الطالبتين ي الدراسة الحالية . تمثلت نتائج الدراسة في عدم وجود التوافق الزواجي بالنسبة للحالة الأولى. والذي نتج عن سوء التوافق النفسي الذي ظهر بدوره نتيجة لخبرات الطفولة والتنشئة الاجتماعية وحدث الولادة القيصرية الذي ولٌد لديها ضعف تقدير الذات بسبب شكل الجرح، فتعتبر الولادة القيصرية عامل غير مباشر في ظهورعدم التوافق الزواجي. أما الحالة الثانية فيظهر لديها توافق زواجي متمثل في التعبير العاطفي والتوافق الجنسي. فحدث الولادة القيصرية لم يؤثر على توافقها الزواج. ككل فلقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الولادة القيصرية لا تؤثر بشكل مباشر على التوافق الزواجي، إلا إذا اجتمعت مع مجموعة عوامل أخرى كالتنشئة الإجتماعية الغير سوية أو عدم التوافق النفسي أوتزامنت مع صدمات حياتية أخرى.

The success of marriage is related to the ability of each party to contribute to achieving marital compatibility, which is the companion of self-satisfaction and psychological compatibility, and it is known that it is the result of mutual interactions between spouses in various aspects, including emotional expression and satisfaction of sexual needs, as the current study aimed to identify the nature of marital compatibility in women who underwent cesarean delivery, the sample of the study consisted of two cases that were deliberately chosen, where they underwent cesarean delivery more than 03 months ago and their husbands are alive and literate, represented by 47 years of age at the age of 39, they were subjected to a semi-targeted clinical interview with the aim of researching and testing understanding of the subject and a questionnaire The marital compatibility adopted for "ghidan 2019" and modified by the two students in the current study . The results of the study consisted in the absence of marital compatibility for the first case. Which resulted from poor psychological compatibility, which in turn appeared as a result of childhood experiences, socialization and the event of caesarean section, which was born with poor self-esteem due to The Shape of the wound, caesarean section is considered an indirect factor in the emergence of marital incompatibility. The second case shows marital compatibility, represented by emotional expression and sexual compatibility. The occurrence of a caesarean section did not affect their marital compatibility. As a whole, the results of the study showed that cesarean delivery does not directly affect marital compatibility, unless it is combined with a group of other factors such as abnormal socialization or psychological incompatibility or coincided with other life traumas.
