استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الجديدة في تحسين الاتصال في المؤسسات الخدماتية دراسة ميدانية على عينة من موظفي مؤسسة موبليس المديرية الجهوية بورقلة

Abstract

جاءت هذه الدراسة تتناول استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الجديدة في تحسين الاتصال في المؤسسات الخدماتية بمؤسسة موبليس المديرية الجهوية بورقلة حيث تم صياغة الإشكالية التالية: ما هو دور استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الجديدة في تحسين الاتصال في المؤسسات الخدماتية، بمؤسسة موبليس المديرية الجهوية بورقلة ؟، ومنها صيغت التساؤلات الفرعية التالية ـ ما هو واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الجديدة في مؤسسة موبليس ورقلة ؟ ـ ماهو مستوى تحسين الاتصالباستخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الجديدة في مؤسسة موبليس ورقلة؟ . ما هي الخدمات التي تقدمها مؤسسة موبليس باستخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الجديدة لتحسين الاتصال الخدماتي؟ ـ ما هي المعيقات التي تواجه مؤسسة موبليس باستخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الجديدة؟ وتندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن البحوث الوصفية ونظرا لطبيعة الاشكالية والتساؤلات كان من الضروري تناول المنهج المسحي لوصف الاتصال الداخلي في مؤسسة موبليس وتحليل الظاهرة موضوع البحث. ويمثل مجتمع الدراسة لبحثنا، كل الموظفين الذين يمارسون العملية الاتصالية بمؤسسة موبليس المديرية الجهوية بورقلة، وقد اعتمدنا في دراستا هذه على العينة القصدية، وعليه يكون الحجم الكلي لمجتمع دراستنا 70 موظف، ومن أجل الإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة اعتمدنا على الاستبيان الذي يعتبرا وسيلة أساسية لجمع البيانات، والمقابلة كأداة مساعدة للدراسة. وتوصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: بينت الدراسة أنّ واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الجديدة في المؤسسة محل الدراسة يعتمد على الشبكة الداخلية على العموم. و يظهر أن تحسين مستوى الاتصال في مؤسسة موبليس ورقلة على أنه جيد وفعال ومن خلال استخدام تقنيات الاتصال الجديدة. وبينت أن الخدمات التي تقدمها مؤسسة موبليس ورقلة باستخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الجديدة تمثلت في عدة عروض ومزايا خاصة بالقطاع الخدماتي. كما كشفت أن المعيقات التي تواجهها المؤسسة محل الدراسة ليست بالكبيرة نجدها في بعض الاحيان في انقطاع الشبكة. ومنه نستنتج بأنّ استخدام التكنولوجيات الجديدة كان له دور فعّال في مؤسسة موبليس وذلك من خلال تحسين الاتصال وتسهيل تبادل المعلومات.

What are the services provided by Mobilis Corporation using the new communication technology to improve service communication? What are the obstacles facing the Moblis Corporation using the new communication technology? This studyfallswithin the descriptive research, and due to the nature of the problem and the questions, itwasnecessary to address the surveymethodology to describe the internal communication in the MoblisFoundation and analyze the phenomenon in question. The study population for ourresearchrepresents all the employeeswho practice the communication process in the MoblisFoundation, the RegionalDirectorate of Ouargla. In thisstudy, werelied on the intentionalsample, and accordingly, the المجموع size of ourstudycommunityis 70 employees. In order to answer the questions of the study, werelied on the questionnaire, whichisconsidered an essential means of data collection The interview as an aid to the study. And wereached the followingresults: The studyshowedthat the reality of using new communication technology in the institution understudydepends on the internal network in general. And itappearsthatimproving the level of communication in Moblis Ouargla Foundationis good and effective through the use of new communication techniques. And sheindicatedthat the services provided by the Mobilis Ouargla Foundation, using the new communication technology, wererepresented in severaloffers and advantagesrelated to the service sector. It alsorevealedthat the obstacles faced by the institution understudy are not great, and wesometimesfindthem in network outages. Fromit, weconcludethat the use of new technologies had an effective role in Mobilis Corporation, by improving communication and facilitating the exchange of information.
