Abstract

تهدف هذه الدارسة إلى الكشف عن موضوع "دور تكنولوجيا الإتصال الحديثة في تسريع عملية التدخل لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية"دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة الحماية المدنية ولاية ورقلة"ولهذا الغرض إعتمدنا على التساؤل الآتي: ما هو دور التكنولوجيا الحديثة في تسريع عملية التدخل لدى أعوان الحماية؟ - وقد تفرع عن هذا التساؤل مجموع من التساؤلات الفرعية تمثلت فيما يلي: - هل تسهم التكنولوجيا الحديثة في تسريع تدخل أعوان الحماية المدنية؟ - ما هي أهم الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة التي يستخدمها أعوان الحماية المدنية لتسريع عملية التدخل؟ - ماهي أهم الإشباعات المحققة من خلال إستخدام أعوان الحماية المدنية التكنولوجيا الحديثة في مجال العمل؟ وقد إقتضت طبيعة الدارسة إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يعد من أكثر المناهج إستخداماً كمافي العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية مع إستخدام مجموعة من التقنيات البحثية للحصول على المعطياتالميدانية(الإستمارة)، التي طبقت على عينة دارسة وقد إحتوت على 26 سؤال وتمثل مجتمع الدارسة فيموظفي الحماية المدنية وقدرت عينة الدارسة ب 36عون حماية. وإستخلصنا في الأخير أن تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة لها دور فعال في تسريع عملية التدخل لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية.

This study aims to reveal the issue of the role of urban communication technology accelerating the intervention process in the civil protection institution in the state of OURGLA.for this purporse,we relied on the following question: WHAT IS THE ROLE OF MODERN TECHNOLOGY IN ACCELERATING THE INTERVENTION PROCESS FORPROTECTION AGENTS? Agroup of sub –question emerged from the question,as follows: - Does Modern Technology contribute to speeding it up non civil protection agents? - What are the most important modern technological means used by civil protection agents to speed up the intervention process? - what are the most important gratifications achieved through the use of civil protection agents by civil technology in the field of work? The nature of the study required the analytical descriptive approach ,which is one of the most widely used approavhes in the Science Human and Sociall,with the use of a set of Research Techniques, to obtain fieled frsheners (THE Questionnaire),wich was attached a study sample ,and it contained 26 questions. And the study community was represented by Civil Protection Employess Sample estimated te study -36 gift sticks. FINALLY ,we concoleded that Modern Communication Technology has an effective role in accelerating the intervention process for protection agents civil.
