دور التفاوض في إدارة الازمات من وجهة نظر العاملين "بمؤسسة الجزائرية للمياه فرع توقرت"

Abstract

تهدف هده الدراسة الى التعرف على دور التفاوض في إدارة الازمات بمؤسسة الجزائرية للمياه فرع توقرت، حيث تم الاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، تم تصميمها بهدف تحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة على فرضياتها، حيث تم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية قدرها50 مفردة، بالمؤسسة، اذ تم استرجاع 45 منها صالحة للتحليل، كما تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحليل البيانات الواردة عن طريق برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss الاصدار26، كما تم الاستعانة بأسلوب المقابلة وتم التوصل الى عدة نتائج منها: ان لإدارة التفاوض علاقة وطيدة بإدارة الازمات في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، يبدي الباحثون انطباعا إيجابيا نحو إدارة التفاوض وإدارة الازمات في المؤسسة محل الدراسة.

This study aims to identify the role of negotiation management in crisis management at the Algerian Water Corporation, Tougart branch, where a questionnaire was relied upon as a tool for data collection, designed by the with the aim of achieving the objectives of the study and answering its hypotheses, as it was distributed to a random sample of 50 individuals, From the employees of the institution under study, 45 of which were valid for analysis, and the descriptive analytical approach was used to analyze the data received through the program of the statistical package for social sciences spss version 26, and the interview method was used, and several results were reached, including: The negotiation department has a close relationship with crisis management in the institution under study، The researchers express a positive impression towards negotiation and crisis management in the institution under study.
