Abstract

يعتبرالعملالتطوعيمنالنشطاتالشبابيةفيالمجتمع،ويختلفهذاالنشاطبممارسةمنقبلالجمعياتوطرقتسيرهاالتيتعدإحدىمؤسساتالمجتمعالمدني،حيثتتكونمنمجموعةمنالأفراديسعونإلىالعملالصالحللغير. وتهدفهذهالدراسةإلىهدفمعرفةكيفيةدورالاتصالالجمعويفيتحفيزالشبابفيالعملالتطوعي،وتمتطبيقالدراسةعلىعينةقوامها 80 فرداًخلالشهرماي 2023. وتندرجتحتهمجموعةالتساؤلاتالفرعيةالتالية: 1: كيفتساهمأنشطةالاتصالالجمعويفيزيادةوعيالشبابالجامعيعلىالعملالتطوعي؟ 2- ما الوسائلوالآلياتاللازمةلتفعيلمشاركةالشبابالجامعيبالعملالتطوعي؟ 3: ماهيالمعوقاتوالصعوباتالتيتواجهالشبابعلىمشاركتهفيالأعمالالتطوعية؟ وتبينمنالنتائجأنالعملالتطوعيمنالأعمالالصالحةللغيرنسبة 36.3 بمئة،وتليهانسبة 68.8 بمئةعدممشاركةالشبابالجامعيفيالجمعياتالخيرية،وأخيرابنسبة 86.3 بمئةمنالجمعياتتشجعالشبابالىانضمامللعملالتطوعي.

Voluntary work is considered one of the youth activities in society, and this activity varies with the practice of associations and the ways in which they are run, which is considered one of the civil society institutions, as it consists of a group of individuals seeking to work for the benefit of others. The aim of this study is to find out how collective communication plays a role in motivating young people in voluntary work. The study was applied to a sample of 80 individuals during the month of May 2023. The following sub-questions fall under it: 1: How do collective communication activities contribute to raising university youth's awareness of volunteer work? 2: What are the means and mechanisms necessary to activate the participation of university youth in voluntary work? 3: What are the obstacles and difficulties facing young people to participate in volunteer work? The results showed that voluntary work is one of the good deeds for others, with a rate of 36.3 percent, followed by a rate of 68.8 percent of university youth not participating in charitable societies, and finally with a rate of 86.3 percent of associations encouraging young people to join volunteer work.
