مستوى الكفايات التدريسية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال(المعتمدة) بولاية تقرت

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى أداء معلمات رياض الأطفال للكفايات التدريسية وما إذا كانت هناك فروقا بين المعلمات في كفاياتهم التدريسية تعزى لمتغيرات المؤهل العلمي، الأقدمية، الدورات التدريبية بولاية تقرت للموسم الدراسي (2022/ 2023)، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عددهم (89) معلمة في رياض الأطفال شملت جميع أفراد المجتمع . تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه الاستكشافيالفارقي، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان لقياس الكفايات التدريسية من إعداد "نجلاء بنت عبد العزيز محمد الحصان "و"الشايب محمد الساسي"وتم تكييفه وفق بيئة وعينة الدراسة . تم التأكد من الخصائص السيكوميترية لهذه الأداة من خلال حساب الصدق والثبات، وتمت المعالجة الإحصائية لفرضيات الدراسة باستخدام حزمة الأساليب الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss20))، و توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية : 1ـيختلف متوسط أداء معلمات رياض الأطفال للكفايات التدريسية عن المتوسط النظري. 2ـ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الكفايات التدريسية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال بولاية تقرت تعزى لكل من متغير ( المؤهل العلمي، الأقدمية، الدورات التدريبية ) . وقد تم تفسير هذه النتائج استنادا إلى الجانب النظري والواقع وطبيعة العينة والدراسات السابقة و في الأخير قدمنا خلاصة و بعض المسارات البحثية .

The study aimed to know the level of preformance of ( accredited) kinder gartem teachers teaching competencies and we therthere differences between female teachers in ther are teaching competencies due to the variable of educationl qualification seniority ,training courses in the state of touggourt for that academic season (2022/2023),and the study population of (89) teachers in kind egarten all members of society are included the descriptive approch was followed in its exploratory and comparative ,and in order to archieve the objectives of the study ,a questionnaire was used to measure teaching competencies prepared by “NajlaBintAbdulazz Al-Hussam” and Professor Al-Shayeb Mohammed Al-Sassi ,and it was adapted according to the evidence and the study sample. The psychometric proerties of this tool wers confirmed by calculating the validity and reliability processing The statistical methods for the study hypo these were used using the statistical methods package for social sciences ( spss20) ,and we reached the following results : 1. The averge performance of kinder gartem teachers for teaching competencies differs from the theoretical average equals 90. 2. There are no statistically significant differences in the teaching competencies of kinder gartem teachers in the state of Reduction was attributed to each of the variables ( educationla qualification , seniority ,training courses) . Thes results have been interpreted based on the theoretical side reality , the nature of the sample and previous studies Finally , we presented a summary and some research paths .
