دور نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية في تعزيز التشارك المعرفي دراسة حالة مؤسسة سونطراك حوض بركاوي (الفترة من 04/04/2023 إلى 10/05/2023)

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراســـــــــــة إلى التعرف على دور نظام معلومات الموارد البشريـــــــــــة في تعزيز التشارك المعرفي بمؤسسة سونطراك حوض بركاوي و تم استخدام استبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات ، و اقتصرت عملية التوزيع على اسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة بحيث بلغ عدد أفراد العينة المدروسة 148 مفردة موزعين عبر مختلف المديريات الفرعية و المصالح ، و تم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستمارة عن طريق برنامج Excel و البرنامج الإحصائي Spss بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية و الانحرافات المعيارية و معاملات الارتباط ، تحليل الانحدار المتعدد و البسيط و تم التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج المتمثلة في أن مستوى التّشارك المعرفي بين موظفي بمؤسّسة سونطراك حوض بركاوي مرتفع و ان هناك مستوى مقبول لنظام معلومات الموارد البشرية بمؤسسة سونطراك ، كما تؤثر أبعاد نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية بنسبة(40.7%) في مستوى التشارك المعرفي.

The study aimed to identify the role of the human resources information system in enhancing knowledge sharing in Sonatrach Haoud BerkaouiFoundation, a questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information, the distribution process was limited to a simple random sample method, the sample studied was 148 individuals distributed across the various sub-directorates And, the data contained in the questionnaire were analyzed using EXCEL and the statistical program SPSS based on the arithmetic averages , standard deviations, and correlation coefficients, the results of reached, represented in the level of high knowledge sharing among the employees of the institution Sonatrach, and there is an acceptable level of the human resources information system at Sonatrach, and there is impact of the human resources information system affect by (40.7%) on knowledge sharing in institution Sonatrach.
