دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين الأداء دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الأجراء بورقلة-الجزائر

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير الإدارة الإلكترونية على تحسين الأداء الوظيفي من خلال دراسة ميدانية في الصندوق الوطني للضمان الإجتماعي لغير الأجراء بولاية ورقلة ، إعتمدنا في الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي و استخدامنا كل من الإستبيان و المقابلة كأدوات لجمع المعلومات، ، تم توزيع60 استبيان على الموظفين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، و قد تم تحليل النتائج بالإعتماد على برنامج SPSS بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من الأدوات والأساليب الإحصائية.توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج اهمها: تلتزم المؤسسة بتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية بمستوى مرتفع ،يوجد مستوى مرتفع للأداء الوظيفي بمؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الإجتماعي،هناك علاقة طردية متوسطة بين الإدارة الإلكترونية والأداء الوظيفي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، هناك تأثير إيجابي لتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية على الأداء الوظيفي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة.

This study aims to recogniz. The effect of electronic management on jop performance via an emprical stydy in the operatinel directorat., Of Casnos Ouargla. We adopted the descriptive method using the questionnaire and the interview as tools to collect the information The 60 questionnaires were distributed to the emplayees in the corpration under study and the results were analyzed depending on" spss "statistical padlage for the social scieres " program in addition to a set of statistical tools and méthods. The study concluded sevoral results, the most important are : the corporation is committed to apply electronic management to a high level ,there is a high level of jop performance of Casnos Ouargla, there is a positive relationship between electronic management and jop performance in the corporation under study، There is a positive effect of applying electronic management on jop performance in thecorporation under syudy.
