دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحقيق التعلم التنظيمي دراسة ميدانية بالشركة الجزائرية لتوزيع الكهرباء و الغاز- المنيعة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحقيق التعلم التنظيمي بالشركة الجزائرية لتوزيع الكهرباء و الغاز-مديرية التوزيع المنيعة، و تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي, وزعت الاستبانة على عينة قوامها 80 فرد، وتمت المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام برنامج spss، وخلصت الدراسة في نتائجها إلى:وجود مستوى متوسط لكل من تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية و أبعاد التعلم التنظيمي بالشركة، بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة طردية إيجابية متوسطة نسبيا بلغت نسبتها(79%) بين تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية وتحقيق أبعاد التعلم التنظيمي.

The study aimed to identify the extent of the contribution of social responsibility in achieving organizational learning in the Algerian Company for Electricity and Gas Distribution - Directorate of Distribution Impenetrable, and the descriptive approach was used, the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 80 individuals, and statistical processing was carried out using the SPSS program, and the study concluded in its results to: The existence of an average level for both the adoption of social responsibility and the dimensions of organizational learning in the company, in addition to the existence of a relatively medium positive relationship of (79%) between the adoption of social responsibility and the achievement of learning dimensions Organizational.
