الانعكاس الرقمنة الإدارية على الأداء الوظيفي دراسة ميدانية لموظفي الإدارة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى دراسة الرقمنة الإدارية و انعكاسها على الأداء الوظيفي لموظفي الإدارة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية جامعة ورقلة ،حيث تم الاعتماد على أسلوب العينة الحصر الشامل لمفردات العينة حيث بلغ عددهم 37مفردة . واعتمدنا في الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي وذلك باستعمال استبيان لجمع البيانات من المبحوثين،حيث قسمت الدراسة إلى جانب منهجي وجانب تطبيقي الذي تم فيه محاولة الإجابة فيها على الأسئلة المطروحة،وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - توفر الكلية أجهزة تسمح بالتدفق الكافي للانترانت داخل كلية. - تعمل الكلية على الاستخدام الرقمنة الإدارية لتسهيل من المهام الإدارية للموظفين.

The study aims to study administrative digitization and its reflection on the performance of the staff of the Department's Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences University and Ouargla, where the sample method relied on a comprehensive inventory of the sample vocabulary, numbering 37.
