دور إعادة هندسة العمليات الادارية في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي "دراسة حالة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الاجراء وكالة ورقلة "

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح دور اعادة هندسة العمليات الادارية في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي، في الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الاجراء وكالة ورقلة ،ودراسة علاقة ابعاد اعادة هندسة العمليات الادارية (البعد التنظيمي ،البعد البشري ،البعد التكنولوجي ،بعد التركيز على الزبون) ودورها في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي، يتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في عمال الصندوق الضمان الاجتماعي لغير الاجراء ورقلة، واستخدمنا اداة الاستبانة قمنا بتوزيع (70) استبيانة على عمال الصندوق ،استرجعنا منها (66) استبيانة ،و استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة الموضوع، كما اعتمدنا في المعالجة الإحصائية برنامج spss نسخة 23. وتوصلنا الى نتائج اهمها وجود دور ذو دلالة إحصائية لإعادة هندسة العمليات الادارية في تحقيق التميز لدى العاملين ،و ضرورة استغلال اعادة الهندسة بالاهتمام بالتغير في الابعاد المذكورة، إضافة إلى العناية بالعمل والتنظيم والبنية التحتية لتكنولوجية والتركيز على تحسين وتطوير خدمات للزبون

.This study aimed to clarify the role of re-engineering of administrative processes in achieving organizational excellence in the National Social Security Fund for non-employees, Ouargla Agency, and to study the relationship of the dimensions of re-engineering of administrative processes (the organizational dimension, the human dimension, the technological dimension, after focusing on the customer) and its role in achieving organizational excellence. The study population is represented by the workers of the Social Security Fund for non-employees, Ouargla, and we used the questionnaire tool. We distributed (70) questionnaires to the workers of the Fund, from which we retrieved (66) questionnaires, and we used the descriptive analytical approach to study the subject, and we also adopted the spss program version 19 in the statistical treatment. And we reached results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant role for re-engineering administrative processes in achieving excellence among employees and the need to exploit re-engineering by paying attention to the change in the aforementioned dimensions in addition to caring for work, organization and technological infrastructure and focusing on improving and developing customer services.
