الكفاءة الأخلاقية لدى طلبةعلم النفس العيادي–دراسةنوعية

Abstract

يتعيَّن على الممارِسفي علم النفس العيادي،اكتساب قاعدة معارف أخلاقية وتدرُّب تأسيسيٌّ على أهمِّ المهارات المهنية الأخلاقية، منذ فترة التكوين الأكاديمي. وعليه،سعى هذا البحث إلىاستكشاف وتقييم بعضأُسسِ الكفاءة الأخلاقية لدى طلبة علم النفس العيادي، من ثلاث نواحٍ: [أ] اتخاذ القرار الأخلاقي، [ب] البنية المعرفية المؤثِّرة على اتخاذ القرارالأخلاقي، [ج] مصادر ترشيد اتخاذ القرار الأخلاقي.نعتقد أنَّ هذه الدراسة، هي الأُولى في العالم العربي، موضوعًا ومنهجًا. شاركت في هذه الدراسة 20 طالبة في علم النفس العيادي، من طورَيْ الليسانس والماستر، بقسم علم النفس في جامعة ورقلة، تم جمع البيانات باستخدام استبيان مفتوح، مُصمَّمخصِّيصا لهذه الدراسة. كَشفَ التحليل الموضوعاتي للبيانات، عن ثلاث مواضيع رئيسة، وسبعة فرعية، تشمُل: [1] استجابات إقدام وإحجام، [2] الأحكام بين الصَّرامة واللِّين، [3] بَوادِرُ التزام وتهاوُن. كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن مستوى حسن، من حيث شجاعة اتخاذ قرارات أخلاقية وتبريرها، [13 مشاركة] برَّرت قرارً أخلاقيا مُناسِبًا.كما تمَّ التسطير على ثلاث بُنى معرفية أخلاقية، تَعكِس طبيعة مُختَلف الأحكام التي اتخذتها المشاركات، وهي:[1]الصَّرامة، في مَيلٍلتطبيق القواعد المهنيةحرفيًّا، [2]التَّساهل، في مَيلٍ لتجنُّبالنَّقد، حِفاضًا على الصورة المهنية والقبول الاجتماعي، [3]الاعتِدال، في مُقارَبَةلِتوفِيق الأحكام المهنية على يَدَي الصرامة واللِّين. بينما تفاوَتَت الرُّدود في تقرير مصدر الضبط الأخلاقي، حيث أيَّدت [9 مشاركات] معايير الميثاق الأخلاقي،بينما تُؤيِّد البَقية [11 مشاركة]، مصادر ذاتية – حدس/دين–، وخارجية – استشارات –، كمَصادِر لترشيد اتخاذ القرارات المهنية والأخلاقية.

Theclinical psychologypractitioners must acquire an ethical reason base and practical foundational training about the most important ethical professional skills,since the academic trainingterm. Accordingly, this research sought to explore and evaluate some of the foundations of ethical competence among clinical psychology students, from three aspects: [a] ethical decision-making, [b] the cognitive ground influencing ethical decision-making, [c] sources of rationalization of ethical decision-making. We believe that this study is the first in the Arab world, in terms of subject matter and methodology. Twenty female clinical psychology students, at license's and master’s degree, in the Department of Psychology at the University of Ouargla, participated in this study. Data were collected using an open questionnaire, designed specifically for this study. Thematic analysis revealed three main themes and seven sub-themes, including: [1] responses of boldness and reluctance, [2] judgments between strictness and leniency, [3] signs ofcommitting and carelessness. The results revealed a good level, regarding the daring of make and justify ethical decisions, [13 participants] justified an advisable ethical decision. Three ethical reasoning grounds were also highlighted,reflecting the diversity of the various judgments made, which are: [1] strictness, in a tendency to apply professional rules literally, [2] leniency, in a tendency to avoid criticism, in order to preserve the professional conception and social acceptance, [3] moderation, as an approach to reconciling professional judgments through strictness and leniency. While the responses varied in reporting theethicalprofessional guide source, as [9 participants] supported theethical codes, while the remnant [11 participants] confirming, internal - intuition/religion -, and external - consultations -, as trusted sources for rationalizing professional and ethical decision-making.
