واقع العملية لاتصالية في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بولاية ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة واقع العملية الاتصالية في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر حيث انطلقت من التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: ما هو واقع الاتصال في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بورقلة؟  ماهي اهم وسائل الاتصال المعتمدة في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر.  كيف يساهم الاتصال في تحقيق اهداف مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر.  ماهي معوقات التي تواجه الاتصال في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر. اعتمدن في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي، كما ستخدمنا استمارة استبيان تم توزيععها على عمال مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بولاية ورقلة بطريقة قصدية، وتوصلنا الى النتائج التالية: 1. يبن من خلال الدراسة ان معظم افراد العينة يستخدمون تقنية التقنيات الاتصالية لتوفير الجهد والوقت. 2. تبن لنا من خلال نتائج الدراسة ان للاتصال دور مساهمة تحقيق أهداف مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر. 3. تبين لنا من خلال نتائج الدراسة يوجد العديد من العوائق التي تعرقل سير عملية الاتصال الداخلي في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر مثل غياب الهيكل التنظيمي و ضعف الفهم الجيد والصحيح للعملية الاتصالية الحديثة من طرف الإدارة العليا.

This study aims to learn about the reality of the communication process at the Algiers Telecommunications Foundation, from the following main question: What is the reality of communication at Algiers Communications Foundation in ouargla? What are the most important means of communication adopted by the Algiers Telecommunications Corporation. How communication contributes to the achievement of the goals of the Algiers Communications Foundation. What are the obstacles to communication at the Algiers Communications Foundation. Based on the descriptive curriculum, a questionnaire form distributed to the workers of the Algiers Telecommunications Foundation will serve us in a deliberate manner, and we have reached the following results: Through the study, most members of the sample use communication techniques to save effort and time. 2.Through the results of the study, we embraced the role of communication in achieving the objectives of the Algiers Communications Foundation. 3.The results of the study show that there are many obstacles to the functioning of the internal communication process in Algiers, such as the absence of an organizational structure and a poor understanding of the modern communication process by senior management.
