Abstract

تتناول دراستنا لموضوع أثر تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في تحسين الأداء الوظيفيللعاملين عينة من عمال شركة سيترام ورقلة و الذي يتمحور حول التساؤل الآتي : هل لتكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة دور في تحسين الاداء الوظيفي لموظفي مؤسسسة سيترام ؟ تشير الدراسة إلى أن استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال والتواصل الحديثة، مثل البريد الإلكتروني والمحادثات الفورية والفيديو كونفرانس والشبكات الاجتماعية والتطبيقات المتنقلة، يساهم في تحسين الاتصال بين الموظفين وتسهيل التواصل بين الأقسام والإدارات المختلفة, ومن خلال تحسين عملية التواصل والاتصال، يمكن تحسين تنظيم العمل وترتيب المهام بشكل أفضل، وهذايؤدي إلى تحسين الأداء الوظيفي وتقليل الأخطاء والتكاليف الناتجة عنها. وفي النهاية، تؤكد الدراسة على أن تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة تعد إحدى الأدوات المهمة في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي، ويجب على المؤسسات والشركات الاستفادة منها بشكل أمثل لتحسين عملياتها ورفع كفاءة الموظفين.

Our study examines the impact of modern communication technology on improving the job performance of employees in a sample of workers from the company Citram in Ouargla. The study revolves around the following question: Does modern communication technology play a role in enhancing the job performance of Citram employees? The study indicates that the use of modern communication and networking technologies, such as email, instant messaging, video conferencing, social networks, and mobile applications, contributes to improving communication among employees and facilitating interaction between different departments and divisions. By enhancing communication and connectivity processes, it becomes possible to improve work organization and task coordination more effectively, leading to enhanced job performance and a reduction in errors and associated costs. In conclusion, the study confirms that modern communication technology is an important tool for improving job performance, and organizations and companies should optimize its utilization to enhance their operations and increase employee efficiency.
