Abstract

تهدف دراستنا إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة الرقمنة على مستوى جودة الخدمات الصحية، تم تطبيق الدراسة على مستوى المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية لتقرت، لسنة 2023 ومن أجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي باستخدام أداة الاستبيان ومعالجته بواسطة برنامج spss، حيث تمثلت أبعاد الرقمنة في: المتطلبات الإدارية، المتطلبات التقنية، المتطلبات البشرية، المتطلبات المالية، وتم توزيع الاستبيان على العدد الإجمالي لمجتمع الدراسة 49 مفردة. وتوصلنا في الأخير إلى أن استخدام الرقمنة يؤدي إلى التغلب على العديد من المشاكل التي كانت تعيق مسيرة العمل حيث أصبح التوجه نحو التحول الرقمي في المنظمات بصفة عامة والقطاع الصحي بصفة خاصة ضرورة حتمية.

Our study aims to find out the extent to which digitization contributes to the quality of Health Services. The study was applied at the level of the public foundation for Neighborhood Health (EPSP TOUGGOURT 2023). In order to achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive method was adopted, and this is by making a questionnaire and processing it by a program called (SPSS). In this regard, the dimensions of digitization were represented by: administrative requirements, technical requirements, human requirements, and financial requirements. The questionnaire was distributed to 49 individuals, which represents the total number of the study community. Finally, we found that the use of digitization in the field of Health Leads to overcoming many problems, facilitating work and shortening time. Therefore, the trend towards digitization has become necessary in all areas in general and very necessary in the health sector in particular.
