Advertising is considered the basic and most common means of promoting products and services provided by the institution. The work was divided into two chapters. The first is theoretical, in which we dealt with the nature of advertising and sales, and the second is practical, where the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study. The Mobilis Agency in Ouargla was chosen as a field study. This study recorded a number of points to recommend to the organization, the most important of which is that the organization has great opportunities to be able to create promotional offers, if it tries to get closer to the customer by knowing his purchasing motives and exploiting them and evaluating its results using the most accurate criteria in reaching the required effectiveness |
