dc.description.abstractThis study aims to find out the relationship between organizational climate, role ambiguity, and work pressures with organizational conflict among the workers of the Sonelgaz organization. For this purpose, the research chose a random sample of 45 workers. We relied on the questionnaire that was carefully designed in order to study the motivational variables, and the results of the statistical analysis have shown. The answers to the sample items indicate a high level of organizational conflict among the workers of the Sonelgaz organization in Constantine. This confirms the hypotheses developed by the researcher, namely the role of the previous variables in the occurrence of organizational conflicten_US
