الأنماط السلوكية للشخصية وانعكاسها على مستويات الرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في طوري المتوسط والثانوي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف إلى انعكاس الأنماط السلوكية للشخصية على مستويات الرضا الوظيفي، وكدا الكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين الأنماط السلوكية للشخصية ومستويات الرضا الوظيفي، وعلاقة ذلك ببعض المتغيرات كالخبرة المهنية والطور التعليمي، ولتحقيق ذلك فقد استخدم الباحث مقياسي نمط الشخصية لبورتنر ومقياس الرضا الوظيفي كأدوات لجمع البيانات. حيث اختار الباحث عينة متكافئة من أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في الطورين المتوسط والثانوي بولاية تقرت والبالغ عددهم(64) أستاذا تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية، مستخدما بذلك المنهج الوصفي باعتباره الأنسب لهدف الدراسة. ومن أجل معالجة البيانات استخدم الباحث طريقة النمدجة بالمعادلات البنائية(الهيكلية) بالإستعانة ببرنامج(Smart pls.vs.4) باعتباره برنامجا مناسبا لتحليل فرضيات دراستنا. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع في الرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية، وإلى أن اختلاف النمط السلوكي(أ، ب) لشخصية أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية، لا يقابله اختلاف في مستويات الرضا الوظيفي لديهم، كما أفضت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية بين النمط السلوكي(أ، ب) ومستويات الرضا الوظيفي لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية، موضوع الدراسة تعود لاختلاف الخبرة المهنية(أقل من 10 سنوات، أكثر من 10 سنوات)، وإلى عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية بين النمط السلوكي(أ، ب) ومستويات الرضا الوظيفي لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية، موضوع الدراسة تعود لاختلاف الطور التعليمي(متوسط، ثانوي).

The current study aimed to identify the reflection of personality behavioral patterns on job satisfaction levels, and also to reveal the correlation between personality behavioral patterns and job satisfaction levels, and its relationship to some variables such as professional experience and educational stage. To achieve this, the researcher used the Portner Personality Style Scales and the Job Satisfaction Scale as tools for data collection. in order to collect data. Where the researcher chose an equal sample of teachers of physical education and sports in the middle and secondary stages in the Wilayat of Touggourt, whose number is (64) teachers, who were selected in a random way, using the descriptive approach as the most appropriate for the purpose of the study. In order to process the data, the researcher used the method of modeling structural equations using the program (Smart pls.vs04) as an appropriate program to analyze the hypotheses of our study. The study concluded that there is a high level of job satisfaction among teachers of physical education and sports, and that the different behavioral pattern (a, b) of the personality of the teachers of physical education and sports, the subject of the study, is not matched by a difference in their job satisfaction levels, and the study also led to the absence of a relationship Statistically significant correlation between the behavioral pattern (a, b) and the job satisfaction levels for teachers of physical education and sports, the subject of the study is due to the difference in professional experience (less than 10 years, more than 10 years), and the results also resulted in the absence of a statistically significant correlation Between the behavioral pattern (a, b) and the levels of job satisfaction for teachers of physical education and sports, the subject of the study is due to the difference in the educational stage (intermediate, secondary). The results of the current study were discussed in the light of its theoretical framework and the results of previous studies.
