Abstract: This research aims at identifying the most important indicative needs that the family requires to ensure the autistic child as a member of the family and has the right to full care. To achieve this goal, the researcher prepared a research form consisting of (36) terms divided according to the axes of the study, and it was distributed on a sample consisting of ( 25) A family from the Djelfa state , the researcher relied in his study on the descriptive exploratory approach and concluded that parents of autistic children suffer from great stresses as a result of not knowing the nature of the disease and its causes.
