Abstract: The study aimed at verifying the Factorial structure of Spreitzer’s Employees Empowerment Scale through confirmatory factor analysis to test the validity of the Psychological empowerment construct. The study Sample of (170) workers male and female from Algerian Petrole enterprise was used to collect data, and the results showed that the concept of the Employees Empowerment Scale has a four dimension structure: meaning, self-dermination, efficiency, and impact. This structure of empowerment is associated with a high level of goodness of fit which reflects its construct validity
