التنبؤ بالطلب على الكهرباء للفرد في الجزائر مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار لسلوك المستهلك ومستوى دخله

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التنبؤ بالطلب العائلي الشهري على الكهرباء وتقدير تأثير سلوك مستهلك الكهرباء ومستوى دخله في التنبؤ بالطلب على الكهرباء لعينة من الأسر في مدينة ورقلة من أجل تحديد أهم العوامل المؤثرة والتي يمكن اعتمادها في اجراءات توفير الطاقة الكهربائية. اعتمدت الدراسة على سلسلة زمنية شهرية لاستهلاك الكهرباء من الفترة 1/1/2014 الى غاية 31/21/2019 للتنبؤ بكمية الاستهلاك لسنتي 2020 و2021 باستخدام منهجية Box-Jenkins والاستعانة بالبرامج الإحصائية Eviews v.12 وGretel، بالإضافة الى مجموعة بيانات تم جمعها من خلال استمارة الاستبيان والتي وزعت على (110) أسرة في مدينة ورقلة، الى جانب بيانات استهلاك الكهرباء السنوية لسنة 2021، والتي تم الحصول عليها من مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز في ولاية ورقلة. كما تم استخدام مجموعة من الأدوات الإحصائية لتحليل المعطيات واختبار الفرضيات وذلك بالاستعانة ببرنامج Spss v.22. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن منحنى التنبؤ بالطلب العائلي على الكهرباء في ولاية ورقلة يأخذ الاتجاه المتصاعد على المدى القصير. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود مستوى متوسط لسلوك ترشيد استخدام الكهرباء لدى الأسر في مدينة ورقلة. أظهرت نتائج الانحدار المتعدد، أن سلوك استخدام المصابيح والأجهزة الكهربائية الموفرة للطاقة ومستوى الدخل وحجم المسكن وعدد الاجهزة الكهربائية والمستوى التعليمي هي عوامل تنبؤيه مهمة في نماذج الطلب على الكهرباء في قطاع عائلات مدينة ورقلة. لذلك يجب على الجهات المسؤولة بذل المزيد من الجهود لتوعية المستهلكين حول أهمية استخدام الإضاءة والأجهزة الموفرة للطاقة، كما يجب على الأسر في الولاية أن تجعل من سلوكها المعتاد أكثر مسؤولية واستدامة عند استخدام الكهرباء. الكلمات المفتاحية: تنبؤ بالطلب، استهلاك عائلي للكهرباء، كفاءة طاقة، سلوك مستهلك طاقة، مستوى دخل، الجزائر، ولاية ورقلة.

This study aims to forecast the demand for electricity and estimate the effect of individuals’ electricity use behavior and their income level in predicting the demand for electricity in the family sector of the city of Ouargla in order to determine the most important factors influencing the adoption of electrical energy saving measures. The study relied on a monthly time series of electricity consumption from the period 1/1/2014 until 21/31/2019 to predict the amount of consumption for the years 2020 and 2021 using the Box-Jenkins methodology and using the statistical programs Eviews v.12 and Gretel, in addition to a data set collected through The questionnaire form was distributed to (110) families in the city of Ouargla, along with quarterly household electricity consumption data for the year 2021, which was obtained from the Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation in the state of Ouargla. A set of statistical tools were also used to analyze data and test hypotheses using the Spss v.22 program. The results of the study showed that the forecast curve for household demand for electricity in Ouargla State takes an upward trend in the short term. The results also showed an average level of electricity rationalization behavior among families in the city of Ouargla. The results of multiple regression showed that the behavior of using energy-saving lamps and household appliances, income level, size of the dwelling, number of electrical appliances, and educational level are important predictive factors in models of electricity demand in the family sector of the city of Ouargla. Therefore, responsible authorities must make more efforts to educate consumers about the importance of using lighting and energy-saving devices, and families in the state must make their usual behavior more responsible and sustainable when using electricity.
