Abstract

تهدف هذه الد ا رسة إلى إب ا رز أثر الاتصال الداخلي في تحسين فعالية الأداء في الصندوق الوطني بالوادي، حيث توصلت د ا رستنا إلى وجود علاقة قوية وفعالة بين CASNOS للضمان الاجتماعي الاتصال الداخلي وفعالية الأداء، بالإضافة لوجود أهمية كبيرة للاتصال الداخلي في المؤسسة، حيث يساهم في نقل المعلومات بين العاملين من أجل تنفيذ والمهام وتحقيق أهداف المؤسسة، كما أنها تمتلك تقنيات اتصالية حديثة تساعد العمال في عملية الاتصال بينهم من حيث السرعة والفعالية والدقة في عملية نقل المعلومات، وقد استفادت مؤسسة الد ا رسة من هذه التقنيات وقامت بتوظيفها حسب الغرض منها ومن خلال هذا يمكننا القول أن الاتصال الداخلي يؤثر على العنصر البشري باعتباره جزء لا يمكن تجاهله أو إغفاله في العملية الإنتاجية للمؤسسة مهما كانت وظيفتها وأهدافها، وهذا ما يعطي المؤسسة مكانتها في السوق بطبيعتها الاقتصادية أو الخدماتية ويضمن لها البقاء والاستم ا رر والتميز ضمن الشركات الناجحة.

This study aims to highlight the impact of internal communication in improving the effectiveness of performance in the National Social Security Fund CASNOS in the valley, where our study found a strong and effective relationship between internal communication and performance effectiveness, in addition to the great importance of internal communication in the institution, which contributes to the transfer of information between employees. In order to implement the tasks and achieve the objectives of the institution, it also possesses modern communication techniques that help workers in the process of communication between them in terms of speed, effectiveness and accuracy in the process of transferring information, and the study institution has benefited from these technologies and employed them according to their purpose. Through this, we can say that internal communication affects the human element as it is a part that cannot be ignored or neglected in the production process of the institution, whatever its function and objectives.
