أثر النمو السكاني على التغطية المدرسية بولاية الاغواط دراسة تحليلية خلال الفترة 2000- 2019 لمراحل التعليم الابتدائي، المتوسط والثانوي وآفاقها الى 2030

Abstract

استهدفت هذه الدراسة الفئة المعنية بالتمدرس خلال فترة 2000-2019كما قمنا بتقدير التوقعات إلى غاية2030 وقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها مستعينين في ذلك على الاختبارات الاحصائية والاستدلال على ارتباط المتغيرات محل الدراسة بواسطة معامل الارتباط بيرسون والانحدار الخطي البسيط بالإضافة الى التنبؤ باستخدام نموذج بوكس-جينكنز، وقد تم التوصل الى تحقق بعض الفرضيات وعدم تحقق البعض وهذا بتناسب نمو الفئة المعنية بالتمدرس مع متغيرات التغطية المدرسية من نمو عدد الاساتذة ونمو عدد المدارس ونمو عدد الحجرات ونمو عدد الاطقم الطبية ونمو عدد الحافلات المخصصة للنقل المدرسي ونمو قيمة الاعتمادات المالية المخصصة للتغذية المدرسية ونمو قيمية الاعتمادات المالية، بالإضافة الى تحديد التقديرات المستقبلية.

This study targeted the demographic concerned with schooling during the period from 2000 to 2019, and we have projected estimates up until 2030. The descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, through which data were analyzed with the aid of statistical tests and inference about the correlation between the variables under study using Pearson correlation coefficient and simple linear regression. In addition, forecasting was performed using the Box-Jenkins model. It was concluded that some hypotheses were confirmed while others were not. This was in proportion to the growth of the schooling demographic along with variables such as the increase in the number of teachers, the growth of school numbers, the expansion of classrooms, the increase in medical staff numbers, the growth of school bus provisions, and the growth in financial allocations for school nutrition and overall financial credits. The study also aimed to determine future estimations.
