دورمنصةX (تويتر)في تفاعل الطلبة الجامعيين حول أحداث القضية الفلسطينية دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على عادات وأنماط استخدام منصة تويتر في متابعة أحداث القضية الفلسطينية لدى طلبة الجامعيين، وأيضا التعرف دوافع والحاجات التي تحققها منصة تويتر في نشر الأخبار حول القضية الفلسطينية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين والكشف عن معرفة تفاعل الطلبة مع المنشورات التي توجد في منصة تويتر حول القضية الفلسطينية، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق هدف الدراسة وتمثلت أداة جمع البيانات في استمارة الاستبيان، ووزعت على عينة من 100 طالب وطالبة في جامعة قاصدي مرباح بورقلة. كما اعتمدت على نظرية الاستخدامات والاشباعات ونظرية الإعتماد على وسائل الإعلام لتفسير مشكلة الدراسة وظهرت كما نرى ان أفراد العينة الذين يتفاعلون مع منشورات التي تتناول القضية الفلسطينية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: يرى الطلبة الجامعين أن هناك تنوع في تفضيلات حول متابعة القضية الفلسطينية عبر منصة التويتر. مما يوفر لهم حاجاتهم ويحقق إشباعاتهم قد لا تكون في مواقع أخرى، كشفت النتائج المتوصل لها أن دوافع من استخدام موقع التويتر في متابعة أحداث القضية الفلسطينية هي سهولة استخدام الموقع وبالغرض التفاعل مع منشورات القضية الفلسطينية. أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن التفاعل الطلبة مع منشورات القضية الفلسطينية عبر موقع التويتر عن طريق التغريد وأن عامل المؤثرة في هذا التفاعل مع المنشورات خبرة صاحب المنشور في القضية

This study aimed to identify the habits and patterns of using the Twitter platform to follow the events of the Palestinian cause among university students, as well as to identify the motives and needs that the Twitter platform fulfills in publishing news about the Palestinian cause among university students and to reveal the knowledge of student interaction with the posts that exist on the Twitter platform about the Palestinian cause. The descriptive method was used to achieve the study objective, and the data collection tool was represented by the questionnaire form, which was distributed to a sample of 100 male and female students at Qadi Mrabah University in ouargla . It also relied on the uses and gratifications theory and the media dependency theory to explain the study problem, and it appeared as we see that the members of the sample who interact with posts that deal with the Palestinian cause, and the study reached the following results: University students believe that there is a diversity in preferences for following the Palestinian cause through the Twitter platform ,It provides them with their needs and achieves their gratifications that may not be available on other sites The results revealed that the motives for using the Twitter site to follow the events of the Palestinian cause are the ease of using the site and for the purpose of interacting with posts about the Palestinian cause The results of the study showed that the interaction of students with posts about the Palestinian cause through the Twitter site is through tweeting, and that the factor influencing this interaction with the posts is the experience of the post owner in the Palestinian cause.
