اليقظة العقلية وعلاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي لدى عمال برج المراقبة بمطارات الجنوب الجزائري-دراسة ميدانية بمطار حاسي مسعود، تقرت، ورقلة، الوادي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى دراسة العلاقة بين اليقظة العقلية والأداء الوظيفي لدى عمال برج المراقبة بمطارات الجنوب الجزائري (مطار سيدي مهدى بولاية توقرت، مطار قمار بواد سوف، مطار كريم بلقاسم بحاسي مسعود، مطار عين البيضاء بولاية ورقلة)، وذلك من خلال تحقيقها للأهداف التالية: التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين اليقظة العقلية والأداء الوظيفي لدى عمال برج المراقبة بمطارات الجنوب الجزائري، وكذا التعرف على مستوى اليقظة العقلية لدى أفراد العينة، ومستوى الأداء الوظيفي لدى أفراد العينة. أجريت الدراسة الحالية على عينة متكونة من 70 عامل وعاملة من برج المراقبة من أربعة مطارات من الجنوب الجزائري التي وقع عليها اختياري، ولجمع المعلومات تم تطبيق مقياسين الأول لليقظة العقلية والثاني للأداء الوظيفي تم تصممهم من طرف الطالبة وكان اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي باعتباره أكثر تلاؤما مع موضوع ومضمون البحث، حيث يقوم على دراسة وتحليل الظاهرة ومن ثم وصفها وصفا دقيقا. لمعالجة البيانات وتحليلها تم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية «SPSS-20» وقد توصلت إلى النتائج التالية: مستوى اليقظة العقلية لدى أفراد العينة منخفض. مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لدى أفراد العينة منخفض. عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين اليقظة العقلية والأداء الوظيفي لدى عمال برج المراقبة بمطارات الجنوب الجزائري. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى اليقظة العقلية لدى عمال برج المراقبة بمطارات الجنوب الجزائري تعزى لمتغير السن. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لدى عمال برج المراقبة بمطارات الجنوب الجزائري تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية. وقد نوقشت نتائج الدراسة في ضوء الجانب النظري وبعض الدراسات السابقة والواقع المعاش واختمت بتقديم بعض المقترحات.

The current study aimed to study the relationship between mental alertness and job performance among control tower (Hassi messaoud, Touggourt, El Oued, Ouargla) this is done by achieving the following goals: Identifying the nature of the relationship between mental alertness and job performance among control tower workers at airports in southern Algeria, as well as identifying the level of mental alertness among control tower workers, and the level of job performance among control tower workers. The study was conducted on a sample of 70 male and female workers from four airports in southern Algeria, which were chosen from the student’s list and were represented by: Sidi Mehdi airport in Touggourt, Karim Belkacem in Hassi messaoud, Gambar in El Oued, Ain ELbayda in Ouargla, to collect information, two scales were used, the first for mental alertness and the second for job performance, which were designed by the student, we relied on the descriptive, correlational approach as it is more compatible with the topic and content of the research, as it is based on studying and analyzing the phenomenon and then describing it accurately. To process the data, the statistical package “spss-20” was used, and the following results were reached: The level of mental alertness among sample members is low. The level of job performance among sample members. There is no positive correlation between mental alertness and job performance among control tower workers at airports in southern Algeria. There are no statistically significant differences in the level of mental alertness among control tower workers at airports is southern Algeria due to the age variable. There are no statistically significant differences in the level of job performance among control tower workers at airports is southern Algeria due to the variable of seniority. The results of the study were discussed in the light of the theoretical side, some previous studies and the lived reality, and concluded by presenting some proposals.
