اثر تطبيق نظام المعلومات الالكتروني NGBSS في تعزيز كفاءة الاتصال التنظيمي دراسة ميدانية بالوكالات التجارية التابعة للمديرية العملية لاتصالات الجزائر-ورقلة

Abstract

يعد موضوع نظم المعلومات من أهم المواضيع التي ازداداهتمام الباحثين بها،كونه موضوع يتماشى مع متطلبات العصرالحديث،حيث أصبح ازديادالحاجة إلى جمع البيانات والمعلومات ومعالجتها واستخدامها بفعالية يعتبرالمطلب الأساسي لنجاح المنظمات بمختلف أشكالها في عصرناالحالي الذي يتميزبالتغيرات البيئية المستمرة والمعقدة،والذي أصبح إلزاماعلىا لمؤسسات أن تستخدم نظم المعلومات للاستفادة منها في وظائف الاتصال المرتبطة بوظائف الإدارة. ومن خلال ماسبق سنحاول في هذه الدراسةتقييم مدى استخدام نظام المعلومات في المؤسسات ومعرفة دوره في تعزيز كفاءة الاتصال التنظيمي، وقدتوصلنا إلى أن نظام المعلومات المعمول به في الوكالات التجاريةلاتصالات الجزائر NGBSSله أهمية كبيرة في دعم وظائف الاتصال التنظيمي حيث يزود مستخدميه بالمؤشرات الصحيحة والدقيقة في الوقت المناسب و يمكنهم من التواصل عبر مختلف المستويات الادارية بأقل تكلفة و بالتالي العمل بشكل جيد والوصول إلى الأهداف المسطرة.

The subject of information systems is one of the most important topics in which researchers have increased interest, as it is a subject that is in line with the requirements of the modern era, as the increasing need to collect, process, and use data and information effectively is considered the basic requirement for the success of organizations in their various forms in our current era, which is characterized by continuous environmental changes. And complex, which has become obligatory for institutions to use information systems to benefit from them in communication functions related to management functions.

Through the above, we will try in this study to evaluate the extent of the use of the information system in institutions and know its role in enhancing the efficiency of organizational communication. We have concluded that the information system used in the commercial agencies of Algeria Telecom (NGBSS) is of great importance in supporting the functions of organizational communication, as it provides its users with With correct and accurate indicators at the righttime and enabling them to communicate across various administrative levels at the lowest cost and thus work well and reach the set goals
