التفكير المقاولاتي وعلاقته بالنضج المهني لدى طلبة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين التفكير المقاولاتي والنضج المهني لدى الطلبة الجامعين في مرحلتي: الليسانس، والماستر بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، وإلىمعرفة إلى أي مدى تتأثر طبيعة العلاقة بين هذين المتغيرين بكل من: الجنس،الكلية،والمستوى.تكونت عينة الدراسة من 154 طالب وطالبةلتحقيق هدف الدراسةاتبعنا المنهج الارتباطي. لجمع البيانات صممنا أداة لقياس التفكير المقاولاتي، وتبنينا استبانة النضج المهني(هويدة، 2011). بعد معالجة البيانات بالاستعانة ببرنامج Excel 2016، وSPSS 22.0توصلت الدراسة إلى: - توجد علاقة موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين التفكير المقاولاتي والنضج المهني لدى طلبة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة. - تختلف طبيعة العلاقة بين التفكير المقاولاتي والنضج المهني اختلافا دالا إحصائيا باختلاف الجنس. - تختلف طبيعة العلاقة بين التفكير المقاولاتي والنضج المهني اختلافا دالا إحصائياباختلاف الكلية. - لا تختلف طبيعة العلاقة بين التفكير المقاولاتي والنضج المهني اختلافا دالا إحصائياباختلاف المستوى (ليسانس، ماستر).

This studyaimed at investigatingthe nature of the relationshipbetween entrepreneurial thinking and careermaturityamonguniversitystudents at the undergraduate License and master'slevels at KasdiMerbahUniversity of Ouargla. It alsosought to determine the extent to which the nature of thisrelationshipisaffected by gender, faculties, and academiclevel. The studysampleconsisted of 154 male and femalestudents. To achieve the study's objective, wefollowed the correlationalmethod. For data collection, wedesigned a tool to measure entrepreneurial thinking and adopted the careermaturity questionnaire (Houida, 2011). Afterprocessing the data using Excel 2016 and SPSS 22.0, the studyconcluded: • There was a statisticallysignificant positive relationshipbetween entrepreneurial thinking and careermaturityamongstudents at KasdiMerbahUniversity of Ouargla. • The nature of the relationshipbetween entrepreneurial thinking and careermaturitydifferedsignificantly by gender. • The nature of the relationshipbetween entrepreneurial thinking and careermaturitydifferedsignificantly by faculties. • The nature of the relationshipbetween entrepreneurial thinking andcareermaturity did not differsignificantly by academiclevel (License, Master).
