dc.description.abstractSince the health crisis that shook the entire world (Covid-19), educational institutions have invested significantly in information and communications technology, as the use of this technology has increased in education in general and in the higher education sector in particular, which has formed real dimensions and developments that have added value to teaching and provided methods. New, more effective thanks to a better connection to the learner’s knowledge. It also constituted an opportunity to rethink and transfer exchanges between the two standards of time and place, which opened new horizons for continuous training activities for parties to the educational process.
