Abstract

لقد شهد العالم في الآونة الأخيرة الكثير من الاهتمام بالفكر لمقاولاتي وإنشاء مؤسسات الناشئة ودعمها من طرف دولة وذلك لمساهمة في معاجلة مشكلة البطالة ولكن قبل إنشاء هذه المؤسسات وانطلاق الأعمال لابد من إعداد مخطط الأعمال من اجل استخدامها لتعرف على الإمكانيات اللازمة لتنفيذ المشروع من الفكرة إلى التجسيد على أرض الواقع وتتضمن هذه المذكرة العناصر الأساسية لإعداد مخطط الأعمال للمشروع ويمثل إجابة عن تساؤلات المتعلقة بكيفية المباشرة في الأعمال وتطويرها من عدة جوانب بالنسبة للمشروع الخاص بنا. قسم العمل إلى فصلين الفصل الأول جانب نظري يتحدث عن مخطط الأعمال و طريقة إنجاح المشاريع باتخاذ كل الجوانب الخاصة به و الفصل الثاني تطبيق الجانب النظري على مشروعنا الخاص و قد قمنا بحل اغلب المشاكل التي يواجهها مسؤول الموارد البشرية و تسهيل العمل الخاص به و مساعدته في التحليل و التنبئ من اجل اتخاذ القرار الجيد و إيجاد حلول للعمال في طريقة الاتصال بالمؤسسة الخاصة بهم و القيام بطلب الوثائق و الخدمات التي تخص الموارد البشرية عن بعد من خلال الموقع الخاص بنا و هناك موقع أولي خاص بنا للتسجيل و إحصاء عدد الشركات المسجلة و تجربة التطبيق عند الإطلاق

Recently, the world has witnessed a lot of interest in entrepreneurial thinking and the establishment and support of startups by the state, contributing to addressing the problem of unemployment. However, before establishing these institutions and launching businesses, it is necessary to prepare a business plan to understand the capabilities needed to implement the project from idea to embodiment on the ground. This memorandum includes the basic elements for preparing a business plan for the project and represents an answer to questions related to how to start in business and develop it from several aspects for our specific project.

The work is divided into two chapters. The first chapter is a theoretical aspect that talks about the business plan and how to succeed in projects by taking all its aspects. The second chapter applies the theoretical aspect to our specific project. We have solved most of the problems faced by the human resources manager and facilitated his work and helped him in analysis and prediction in order to make a good decision and find solutions for workers in the way of communicating with their own institution and making requests for documents and services related to human resources remotely through our website. There is also a preliminary site for us to register and count the number of registered companies and test the application at launch
