علاقة السلوك التوكيدي بقلق المستقبل المهني لدى الطلبة الجامعين المقبلين على التخرج بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن الارتباط بين السلوك التوكيدي وقلق المستقبل المهني لدى عينة من الطلبة الجامعيين المقبلين على التخرج، والكشف عن الفرق في الارتباط تبعاً للجنس والكلية والمستوى الدراسي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. كما تم الاعتماد على مقياسي (السلوك التوكيدي، وقلق المستقبل المهني) وذلك بعد تأكيد خصائصها السيكومترية، وبناءً عليه طبقت الأداتين على عينة قوامها (280) طالبا وطالبة من المقبلين على التخرج بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة للسنة الجامعية 2023/2024، وباستخدام معامل الارتباط بيرسون ومعادلة فيشر تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - يوجد ارتباط دال إحصائيا بين السلوك التوكيدي وقلق المستقبل المهني لدى عينة الدراسة. - لا يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا في الارتباط بين السلوك التوكيدي وقلق المستقبل المهني لدى عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغير الجنس. - لا يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا في الارتباط بين السلوك التوكيدي وقلق المستقبل المهني لدى عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغير الكلية. - لا يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا في الارتباط بين السلوك التوكيدي وقلق المستقبل المهني لدى عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغير المستوى الدراسي.

The current study aimed to reveal the correlation between affirmative behavior and concern of professional future in a sample of undergraduates who are about to graduate, and to reveal the difference in correlation according to gender, college and academic level. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive relational approach was used. The two measures (affirmative behavior andconcern of professional future) were also adopted after confirming their SICO metric characteristics. Accordingly, the two tools were applied to a sample of (280) male and female students who are about to graduate from the University of kasdiMurabah and Ouargla for the academic year 2023/2024. Using the Pearson correlation coefficient and the Fisher equation, the following results were reached: - There is a statistically significant correlation between affirmative behavior and occupational careerfuture anxiety in the study sample. - There is no statistically significant difference in the correlation between affirmative behavior and occupational careerfuture anxiety in the study sample according to the gender variable. - There is no statistically significant difference in the correlation between affirmative behavior and occupational careerfuture anxiety in the study sample according to the college variable. - There is no statistically significant difference in the correlation between affirmative behavior and occupational careerfuture anxiety in the study sample according to the academic level variable.
